    练习快乐

         终于明白,快乐原来也是可以练习的.
         看看照片上我越来越多的微笑, 我发现一个秘密:快乐是可以练习的.
         譬如在心情郁闷的时候,你穿上休闲衣裤,来一次一公里的慢跑,让自己出一身汗; 当遭遇工作压力的时候,你不必一杯接一杯的饮苦咖啡,而应当走到窗前去,对着蓝天,白云,张开你的双臂,做几次长长的深呼吸; 你还可以和朋友聊聊天,听听音乐,幻想自己中了彩票大奖... ...
    抛弃一切苦恼,不要任凭坏情绪一点点地吞噬你.
         其实,快乐属于每个人,它可以练习.
